Fees
Consultation Fees: Initial consultations are scheduled for all clients seeking a full evaluation. This 1-hour session is a required first step for all of our services. Consultation fee//$300
Evaluation Fees: The fees for our evaluations vary based on the type of evaluation and complexity of the case. These services require considerable time outside of face-to-face time that must be taken into consideration when calculating cost. We are happy to discuss cost with you during a free 15-minute consultation, and to provide you with a good faith estimate after our initial 1-hour consultation.
Coaching Fees: There are limited slots available for our short-term coaching. This will be available on a case-by-case basis. Coaching fee//$225 for a 45-minute session
Payment and Cancellation Policy
We require payment prior to the start of the evaluation to hold your appointment. We either take full payment at least 48-hours before the first testing date or we can split the payment in half, with the second payment required 48-hours before your feedback appointment. Due to the fact that large chunks of time are blocked for evaluations, cancellations for testing appointments must be made 1-week in advance of your scheduled appointment time; otherwise, cancellation fees will apply.
Although we accept cash, check, and credit card payments, we require a credit card to be held on file for all testing appointments. In keeping with our cancellation policy, charges are made 48-hours in advance of your session.
Insurance
We are not on any insurance panels and we do not bill any insurance companies directly. We will, however, provide you with a ‘superbill’ with procedure and diagnosis codes for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement upon request. Many companies offer a level of fee reimbursement to members if an out-of-network deductible has been met. Please contact your insurance provider with questions regarding out-of-network coverage and reimbursement.
